1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Standard Check-In time is 02:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Guest Identification
All Indian citizens must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment or mandatory deposit is required to confirm the reservation. All taxes applicable as per Government regulations will be charged extra.
4. Property Guidelines & Conduct
- Guests are required to maintain decorum and respect hotel property and fellow guests.
- Damages caused to hotel property during the stay will be charged directly to the guest.
- Smoking in non-smoking rooms is strictly prohibited and subject to cleaning fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
The management is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings, cash, or valuables left in guest rooms or public areas.
